Riparian View Pavement Project
Irvine Ranch Water District contractors will be rehabilitating the pavement along Riparian View from April 21 through May 7, 2023, with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays being the heaviest days for construction.
NOTE: Final striping of the road will take place on Friday, May 12. Parking restrictions will be enforced on that day to accomodate the work.
There will be no public access to Riparian View from Michelson during construction, and traffic for IRWD employees, deliveries and visitors will be reduced to one lane during roadwork.
No parking allowed in the spaces marked above between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. for the duration of the project.
What: Pavement rehabilitation on Riparian View. (See area marked in yellow in the map above.)
When: April 21 to May 7, including weekends
Traffic: No public access allowed during construction hours. Only one lane will be open during construction for IRWD employees, deliveries and visitors.
Parking: Parking prohibited as indicated in the map for the duration of the project.
