Residential Sprinkler Repair Program

Commercial landscape customers: IRWD's commercial sprinkler repair program is currently on hold.

Keeping your sprinkler system in tip-top shape can be challenging, but it saves water. We designed a program to make it easy and affordable for you to fine-tune your irrigation system for significant water savings.

Our Sprinkler Repair Program provides expert help and covers 50% of your repair expenses. Note: This program was previously known as the Landscape Tuneup Program.

IRWD has teamed up with Conserv Inc. to offer landscape irrigation repair services to qualifying customers, and we'll pay half the cost for repairs. To qualify:

• Applicant must be a residential or commercial customer of IRWD in good financial standing (no delinquencies on IRWD bills in the last 12 months)
• Applicant must currently have an existing, functional in-ground irrigation system installed at the property
• Recycled water dedicated landscape accounts do not qualify for the program
   

Here's how residential customers can participate: 

Residential customers must complete the form below and agree to pay the landscape evaluation fee for a fraction of the actual cost of the service. 

• If approved for the program, Conserv, Inc. will contact you to schedule an appointment for an evaluation and repairs.
• During the evaluation, Conserv, Inc. will determine if repairs at your home are Tier 1 or Tier 2. Tier 1 is for landscapes with few repairs, and Tier 2 is for landscapes requiring more repairs.
• Conserv, Inc. will complete the repairs and collect the customer portion of Tier 1 or Tier 2 costs.
